Eligibility & Account Responsibility 2.1 Age Requirements QuizWizz is intended for users aged 8 and above Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent (see our Privacy Policy) Users under 16 should use the platform under parental/guardian supervision 2.2 Quiz Passport (Account) When you create a passport, you agree to: ✅ Provide accurate, current, and complete information ✅ Maintain security of your authentication token ✅ Notify us immediately of unauthorized access ✅ Not share, sell, or transfer your passport to others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate passports that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity. 3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct ✅ You May: Take quizzes for personal learning and entertainment Share your scores via integrated social features (WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Email) Provide feedback to help us improve Use the platform on personal devices with internet access ❌ You May Not: Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access quiz content Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our Apps Script backend Submit false, misleading, or abusive feedback or leaderboard entries Harass, impersonate, or infringe upon other users' rights Use the platform for commercial resale, unauthorized data mining, or spam distribution Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that violates intellectual property rights Violations may result in immediate passport termination and IP blocking. 4. Quiz Content & Intellectual Property 4.1 Our Content All quiz questions, explanations, graphics, branding, and platform design are owned by QuizWizz or licensed to us. You may: View and interact with content for personal, non-commercial use Share quiz results with attribution to QuizWizz You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our question bank without explicit written permission. 4.2 User Contributions When you submit feedback, ratings, or suggestions: ✅ You grant QuizWizz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your input for platform improvement ✅ You warrant that your contributions are original and do not infringe third-party rights ✅ We may anonymize and aggregate feedback for analytics 5. Leaderboards, Scores & Fair Play 5.1 Scoring Integrity Scores are calculated server-side using our Apps Script backend We employ token validation and timestamp checks to prevent manipulation RapidFire mode requires minimum correct answers to save scores (anti-gaming measure) 5.2 Leaderboard Rules Rankings are based on score → time taken → name (tiebreaker) We reserve the right to remove entries showing suspicious patterns Leaderboard visibility is optional; request anonymization via privacy@quizwizz.in 5.3 No Wagering or Prizes QuizWizz is an educational entertainment platform. No real-money wagering, gambling, or cash prizes are offered. Any promotional contests will be clearly labeled with separate official rules. 6. Service Availability & Limitations 6.1 "As Is" Basis QuizWizz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee: Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access Accuracy of quiz content (educational content is curated but not certified) Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or network conditions 6.2 Maintenance & Downtime We may suspend service temporarily for: Scheduled maintenance (typically announced 24h in advance) Emergency security patches Infrastructure upgrades We strive to minimize disruption but are not liable for temporary unavailability. 7.
